Lodge Officers

The "President." Executive Officer of the Lodge. Enforces the Laws of the Order and Lodge By-Laws, presides at all meetings, appoints all committees, and has general supervision over all Lodge matters. Cardinal principle: Fidelity.

"1st Vice-President." Assists the Exalted Ruler and presides in their absence. Chairs the Elks National Foundation committee at the lodge level. Cardinal principle: Charity.

"2nd Vice-President." Second in command in the absence of the Exalted Ruler. Responsible for lodge activities programming. Cardinal principle: Justice.

"3rd Vice-President." Third in command in the absence of the Exalted Ruler. Conducts the ritualistic portions of lodge meetings. Cardinal principle: Brotherly Love.

(Appointed) — Stationed to the right of the Exalted Ruler. Organizes the Lodge, prepares candidates for initiation, and introduces visiting members

(Appointed) — Stationed to the left of the Exalted Ruler. Recites opening and closing prayers at all Lodge sessions and performs duties required by the Laws of the Order. 

(Appointed) — Positioned at the inner door during Lodge meetings. Allows only those duly qualified to enter. 

Being stationed at the Lodge door during all meetings. Allowing no one to enter without prior announcement and permission from the Exalted Ruler. Maintaining the security and dignity of the Lodge room by ensuring only members in good standing or properly vouched-for visitors are admitted

Receives all monies from the Secretary, pays approved Lodge bills, maintains records of all receipts and disbursements, and signs all checks.

The administrative hub of the Lodge. Records meeting minutes, maintains membership records, handles all correspondence, receives monies and forwards to the Treasurer, and files required reports with the Grand Lodge.
